Cream Cheese Appetizers


Salmon Cream Cheese Ball
4 oz. smoked salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion (use the green tops)
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
(to roll ball in)
Chopped green onion and dash of smoked paprika
or chopped pecan
Let cream cheese come to room temperature.  Mix all ingredients well.
If using seasonings from cocinadelmundospices.com use Zorro Seasoning or Dill Dip and Seasoning.  Soak 1 tsp. seasoning with 2 tsp. hot water for 10 minutes.  Stir into cream  cheese mixture prior to rolling ball in green onion and paprika topping.  Serve with crackers, cucumbers, and red bell pepper.
Sweet Cream Cheese Balls
Cream Cheese Balls are perfect for entertaining. Each mix is delightful served with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or with crackers.  Let 2-8 oz. packages of cream cheese come to room temperature. Stir together with mix, and roll into a ball. Wrap in plastic. Refrigerate to set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.  Add 1/2 cup sour cream to make more spreadable.

Cranberry Red Wine Cheese Ball
Cranberry, cranberry powder, red wine powder, cane sugar.
Cranberry Tangerine Cheese Ball
Cranberry, tangerine powder, cane sugar, citric acid.
Ginger Mango Cheese Ball
Mango powder, mango, cane sugar, lemon juice powder, ginger, and cinnamon.

For lactose intolerant use a tofu based cream cheese!  I love toffuti when it is mixed with other ingredients.
